The Role:
Wpromote is seeking a seasoned Senior Director Revenue Operations and Enablement who will play a pivotal role in helping Wpromote’s go-to-market organization achieve the company’s growth targets. This person will drive strategy and operational excellence within our go-to-market functions—marketing, sales, and client services—and champion the effectiveness and efficiency of our revenue generation processes. They will be responsible for ensuring that our go-to-market teams have the data, tools, process, and resources they need to accomplish key business outcomes and maximize revenue growth.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $140,000 - $180,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
**While this position is remote-friendly, preference will be given to candidates based in Los Angeles and Chicago

You Will Be
- Optimize and maintain the go-to-market operations infrastructure, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), pipeline analytics, and reporting tools
- Partner with go-to-market teams to align on revenue goals and identify improvement in process, tools, and training to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to define processes and ensure consistent implementation and adoption across the organization
- Develop a holistic revenue enablement strategy that is aligned with Wpromote’s growth objectives
- Own pipeline reporting and management, including establishing and maintaining dashboards for performance management, revenue insights, and executive reporting purposes
- Use revenue intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with finance leadership to generate accurate revenue forecasting
- Develop and maintain data integrity and quality assurance standards to ensure accurate and reliable revenue intelligence
- Manage go-to-market systems and tooling integrations, evaluating and onboarding new tooling when necessary
- Assist with creating and maintaining a consistent onboarding and training program for new go-to-market team members
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue enablement and operations efforts
- Develop, manage, and mentor a team of revenue operations and enablement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance
You Must Have
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales operations or revenue operations, with a preference for high-growth environments
- Strategic Vision: Strong track record of using business intelligence, process optimization, and pipeline management to execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth
- Analytical Expertise: Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot) business intelligence platforms (e.g. Insight Squared, Looker) and enablement platforms (e.g. Gong.io, Demandbase, Apollo)
- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and lead cross-functional collaboration
- Process-Orientation: Results-oriented with a strong point of view on using efficient processes as a means to reach revenue targets
- Project Management: Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Leadership experience, including managing and developing a team of revenue operations and enablement professionals
- Previous advertising agency and advertising technology experience is an added benefit
