Who You Are 


To support our rapidly expanding business, Ontic seeks an experienced Product Solutions Director with a strong background in launching enterprise B2B SaaS products. In this role, you will be a key player in promoting new product capabilities, validating solutions with clients, and bringing new products to market. You will oversee a strategic segment of our product portfolio designed to help client s protect their organizations from various threats. Experience with risk data and intelligence analysis is highly desirable.


You’ll report to Ontic’s Chief Product Officer in partnership with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales and Success to take products to market and drive expansion of our market presence.  

Key Responsibilities

  • As an individual contributor, you will cultivate strategic client relationships to obtain feedback on existing products, identify opportunities, and establish requirements for future state Ontic capabilities and long-term roadmap
  • Lead the promotion and advocacy of new product capabilities, acting as the primary evangelist for our B2B SaaS solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure alignment with market needs and client feedback
  • Drive product validation efforts by engaging with clients to gather insights and confirm solution effectiveness
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Spearhead go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our solutions and enhance brand visibility
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product development and positioning
  • Provide training and support to the sales team, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell our products
  • Utilize expertise in risk data and intelligence analysis methods to add value to our product offerings and address client needs
  • Engage in strategic partnerships by aligning integration efforts between Ontic and other data partners

Qualifications

  • B2B SaaS experience (7+ years) within a product marketing and/or product management function
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on ambiguous problems and make informed decisions with a mix of data and intuition
  • Strong technical knowledge of software platforms and communicating the value they deliver to users and organizations
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management for conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to inform and adjust GTM strategy 
  • Experience partnering with product, engineering, marketing, operations, client success and sales to define and execute campaigns 
  • People management experience with extensive cross-functional collaboration
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business required

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of a total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks at Ontic. This role also includes a bonus plan and a company equity grant.
