Position Overview


As a Website Manager at Agiloft, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing allaspects of our company website. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our online presence effectively represents our brand, engages our target audience, and drives business growth, and contributes to our overall objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and strategic thinking.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of our company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement website and landing page updates and enhancements.
  • Own/Monitor website performance, including defining KPIs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal site speed and functionality.
  • Develop, implement, and own annual roadmaps for website feature development and A/B optimization testing.
  • Define, implement, and measure ICP-aligned customer journeys on the website.
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices in partnership with marketing teams to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on key website metrics, such as performance, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Establish regular reporting dashboards. Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize performance. Generate reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of website initiatives and inform decision-making.
  • Identify and surface trends and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate website initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media, and PPC advertising.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing effort and optimize performance.
  • Define and own annual and quarterly benchmarks or targets for website performance.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Expertise in Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz)
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Deep knowledge or familiarity with digital marketing best practices concepts and strategies.
  • Experience leading with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategy is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with mainstream PPC ad platforms, audience selection, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous strategic experience in a B2B SaaS environment
