The 1Password Partner team is focused on developing and expanding partnerships to maximize the growth objectives of 1Password through relationship management, partner enablement, business planning, developing go-to-market strategies, executing demand generation activities, and establishing regional business goals, objectives and success measures with each partner. Partners are a core focus for the future growth of 1Password.


As a Sales Partnerships Intern you will work on real-world projects in collaboration with teams across the GTM (Go To Market) partner and broader GTM organization, while having fun along the way. You’ll be empowered to build community, explore your passions and achieve your goals. This is a remote opportunity within Canada. This position will be for at least 8 months - May to December 2024.

What you can expect:

  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel across the GTM Partner organization
  • Help improve operations of existing programs and processes by helping apply learnings, define program issues, assess various scenarios, and select the optimal scenario to resolve issues.
  • With oversight from others, contribute to the direction and strategy from leadership regarding business areas of opportunity in order to help execute plans that shift current priorities to new partner organizational initiatives and objectives, and influence others to change behavior accordingly. 
  • Learn to define vision and strategy for change, broad and specific impact, and the flow of communication to the organization.
  • Assist others working with cross-functional across the partnership team stakeholders on critical priorities and projects for the GTM partner organization
  • Managing the day to day activities of the partner inbox, triaging partner requests and applications
  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships on ongoing partner business priorities, being able to take on projects with agility and deliver with excellence
