Position Overview


Digital technology is transforming legal departments, allowing them to streamline the complex workflows surrounding contract processes to save time, reduce cost, mitigate risk, and gain visibility into data essential to the business. Job Responsibilities


Combining creative thinking, intuition, methodical requirements analysis, and precise attention to detail, Implementation Specialists design and configure Agiloft systems that optimize and streamline our customers’ business processes. What You Will do

  • Work as part of a professional services delivery team to configure robust, scalable, and maintainable Agiloft systems.
  • Act as Implementer on Enterprise projects under the guidance of Solution Architects.
  • Lead implementation efforts for commercial projects.
  • Support EMEA customer projects (some early AM ET calls required).
  • Lead effective design sessions to capture and document customer requirements.
  • Write detailed specifications and configure low complexity implementations.
  • Handle customer interactions and initial escalation calls with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Deliver clear documentation and effective training.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to continually improve our product.
  • Provide advisory services to our Agiloft Partners for commercial projects.
  • Contribute to internal projects that continuously improve our overall implementation process and our customers’ success.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Technical background preferably with a 4-year college degree
  • 1-2 years working as an implementer or demonstrated equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and writing skills
  • Strong analytical and logic skills, attention to detail, creativity, familiarity with web-based SaaS technologies and database concepts, and a growth mindset
  • Ability to manage timelines, business requirements and customer expectations on commercial projects
  • A desire to go beyond the job description to impact the success of an exciting growth stage company

  • It’s a big plus if you have…
  • Prior experience with LegalTech in general and with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) specifically:
  • Implementation experience with systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics; CLM and CLM-adjacent products related to Sourcing, Procurement, Matter Management, CPQ.
  • Advanced experience with Excel or other data wrangling tools like Alteryx, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with scripting, coding, and/or API integrations
