About the project:

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to help us develop the platform and data abstractions that will scale as they continue to grow. We’re looking for someone who understands on the Avetta's SaaS RESTful API and integration platform. Responsible for developing and delivering new components and features.

You will be able to:

• Work with product management and dev team to design, develop and deliver features and enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with peers to develop clean code: readable, testable, high quality, performant, and secure.

• Develop code using pair and team programming approaches.

• Perform peer code reviews and walk-throughs.

• Automate testing and deployment of software to enable delivering improvements to customers on a regular cadence.

• Work closely with the agile team to innovate and improve everything.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ Years of experience working with Java.

• 2+ Years of experience working with Scala.

• 2+ Years of experience working with Microservices.

• 2+ Years of experience working with RESTful API.

• 2+ Years of experience working with MongoDB.

• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
