The Opportunity ๐Ÿ’ป

EcoCart is on the lookout for an experienced inbound SDR with incredible emotional intelligence (EQ) and a knack for building relationships and closing deals.ย 

Join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team and immerse yourself in state-of-the-art AI outbound automation. Our innovative approach allows you to concentrate on what truly mattersโ€”fostering meaningful connections and sealing pivotal deals.

Salary: 60k base (160k OTE)

A day in the life

  • Dive into a realm where AI transforms cold outreach into warm, promising leads, bringing to you only the most viable prospects.
  • Harness our outbound engine, capable of reaching up to 100K prospects per month, each interaction meticulously personalized as though crafted by human hands.
  • Step in where AI steps backโ€”engage in direct replies to prospects, conduct insightful discovery calls, and most importantly, close deals with precision and finesse.
  • Conduct demo calls with prospects, handle negotiations & get SOWs signed quickly by identifying the right stakeholders early in the sales process.
  • Be part of a groundbreaking sales technique adopted by leading companies like Ramp, Segment, and Drift, shaping the future of sales.

Minimum Requirements

  • A high-EQ individual with 1+ years experience in qualifying and closing deals, ideally with e-commerce merchants.
  • Adept at navigating multiple sales channels, utilizing both traditional methods and innovative AI-driven techniques.
  • Technologically savvy with tools like Gmail, G Suite, Slack, and HubSpot, enhancing efficiency in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, with the ability to manage and interpret data to optimize sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, thriving in both remote and collaborative settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce and/or sustainability experience
  • AI Outbound experience with using tools such as clay.com, smartlead.ai.
