We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Contracts manager to join our legal team! We are seeking someone who is inspired by the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to have a direct impact on our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. A proactive mindset, coupled with excellent communication skills and a commitment to accuracy, will be key traits for success in this role.
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for coordinating the execution of contracts, supporting the drafting and review process, managing registrations and qualifications across various jurisdictions, and assisting in maintaining compliance policies and records. The Contracts Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that all contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents, under the guidance of our legal counsel.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract terms align with company policies and objectives.
- Provide support in negotiating contract terms with external parties, under the guidance of our legal counsel.
- Coordinate the execution, and retention of contracts, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
- Maintain a centralized contract management system, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping of all contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth contract execution and management.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes and best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in contract management, preferably within a technology or logistics company.
- Strong understanding of contract law, with experience drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, experience with Ironclad.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
- Proficient in using contract management software and other legal technology tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
