Organizational Development Manager (Senior HR Projects Manager)

We are looking for the Senior HR Projects Manager (Organizational Development Manager) who will be acting as Deputy to VIseven HR Head, supporting all people, organizational and management initiatives, projects and activities driving business success. Here at Viseven we believe that building management capability, robust human capital management standards, processes and tools, ensuring talent pipelines, talent succession, knowledge management , change management and overall driving organizational effectiveness from people standpoint are critical to our success. That’s why it’s important for us to have someone helping us to continue building such capabilities in supporting Viseven’s desire for growth. 


  • Initiating and supporting key projects and initiatives driving organizational success from people standpoint 
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, best practices and other information helping us outline action plans to further improve people capabilities 
  • Coordinating formation and implementation of organizational development and organizational improvement action plans based on engagement surveys, employee feedbacks and other information 
  • Managing specific complex tasks and projects where multiple HR areas intersect, proposing and launching new HR initiatives bringing Viseven additional value 
  • Implementing projects and activities related to specific HR area (in case of need, i.e. help with recruitment, learning & development, performance management, reward, HR data and HR automation projects etc.)
  • Supporting HR Business Partners and functional HR leaders by providing advisory, expertise, contribution to key initiatives as well as ongoing procedural activities 
  • Acting as a backup for Head of HR (when needed) 


  • solid HR experience and expertise in various HR domains (ideally in dynamic, multinational environment) 
  • leadership experience (highly desirable) 
  • sound communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching skills  
  • fluent English 
  • successful experience in designing and building HR processes, tools, programmes (in  various HR domains) 
  • experience in implementing changes, transformations, good change management skills 
  • track record for working with senior leaders 
  • able to work in a agile, dynamic environment 
  • able to deal with ambiguity and structure it, find systemic solutions 
  • highly developed problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting contexts 
  • open-minded (willing to personally grow and change for better), respectful, tolerant, supportive and diplomatic  
  • ownership, responsibility and proactivity 
  • critical and wholistic thinker with focus on delivering business value
