About the Role

Experience driving growth across multiple channels and strategies in fast-growing technology companies, ideally including zero-to-one products and early-stage startups in the consumer space. In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the team to drive acquisition and retention across paid and organic channels
  • Define acquisition and retention strategies, define success KPIs, and oversee their implementation working with internal and external resources
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and adoption of our products, including experiments and A/B tests
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Constantly test, measure and iterate as we continue to grow, and provide insights to inform product roadmap
Skills & Tools
  • Successfully growing consumer products on web and mobile
  • Organic and Paid growth strategies and execution, including Ads, Search engine and App Store optimization, Viral growth, Retargeting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to pivot, work in a start-up environment and internalize feedback
  • Customer segmentation and targeting
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with Design and Engineering teams
  • Experience with conversational AI, messaging or natural language processing technologies is a plus
Employee Pay Disclosures

At Inflection AI, we aim to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contributions to the company. The pay range for this position in California, is estimated to fall in the base range of approximately $150,000 - $300,000. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range.

About Inflection

We are a small, friendly and multi-disciplinary AI studio creating a personal AI for everyone. Our first AI is called Pi, for personal intelligence, a supportive and empathetic conversational AI. Our studio is made up of the world's leading AI developers, creative designers, writers and innovators working together in a deeply multidisciplinary style to create a brand new class of digital experiences. 

Where We Work

We work in a hybrid model. During the week we’re in the office on a flexible basis, often a few days per week. We are currently hiring in Palo Alto and London, although we do sometimes make exceptions. 

We work on a 6 week cycle. Every 7th week, we convene together in person as a company to brainstorm, bond and build.

Interview

: Interviews at Inflection proceed in two stages. When possible, we strive to do interviews  in person.
  • First, you will have an initial conversation with the Hiring Contact or a Recruiter. 
  • Following that, you will do up to 5 interviews with the team. Technical roles will do at least 2 deep technical screens, which comprise programming exercises, AI exercises, and general technical interviews. We might also invite you to do a take-home exercise or give a presentation. For a non-technical role, please prepare for a role-specific interview such as a portfolio review.

Decision

: We strive to get back to you within one week from your final interview.
