The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding the primary market segments and the associated customer needs to support development and execute regionalized marketing campaigns that drive awareness and revenue. Mitek’s Digital Marketing Manager will need to be a confident digital marketer who can use their experience to leverage all facets of marketing to engage with customers and meet associated goals. This role involves supporting cross-functional teams -- successful candidates will have great leadership and communications skills.

What You Will Do (Essential Responsibilities):

  • Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns on major digital platforms including social, display, and content syndication to achieve aggressive growth goals.
  • Support and help execute strategies that maximize customer lifetime value by decreasing churn, optimizing upsell/cross-sell rates, and encouraging customer referral.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to execute marketing programs and optimize the web experience that is customer-centric and improve both user experience and conversion rate.
  • Assist with evaluating ROI of marketing activities and quarterly reporting that track key metrics across all our marketing efforts. 
  • On-going campaign performance monitoring.
  • Maintain and communicate activity calendar internally and promote externally.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to optimize the efficiency of tactics in market as well as evaluate the overall return on our demand gen investments.
  • Partner with sales team to ensure a cohesive customer experience that maximizes end-to-end lead conversion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need (Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-5 years overall marketing experience required; with minimum of 3 years of digital, demand generation experience in relevant roles.
  • A growth mindset, and an eager learner who is on the cutting edge of digital era demand generation best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Experience executing digital marketing tactics required with an understanding of the associated tools and proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Data driven with analytically curious.  A test and learn mindset.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working on multiple projects at a time.
  • Part of a demand generation team that supported a B2B sales team.
  • B2B experience is required, Identity or FIS domain experience very advantageous.
