Product Owner, Offerwall

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead our offer wall and ads monetization strategy. The Product Owner will be responsible for maximizing revenue through the strategic implementation and optimization of offerwalls within our platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of advertising, user engagement, payments, ecommerce, and monetization techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and prioritize the roadmap for offerwall monetization, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, design, and marketing to integrate offerwalls seamlessly into Xsolla Platforms.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in offerwall monetization.
  • Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and revenue performance to optimize the placement, design, and content of offerwalls.
  • Work closely with advertising partners and ad networks to maximize fill rates, eCPM, and overall revenue generated from offerwall interactions.
  • Manage relationships with payment providers and ensure seamless integration of payment methods for users to make purchases within the offerwall.
  • Oversee the implementation of payment processing systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor payment transactions, identify potential issues or fraud, and implement measures to safeguard user transactions and financial data.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track and reconcile offerwall revenue, payments, and expenses.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on offerwall performance, revenue projections, payment processing status, and optimization strategies.
  • Continuously iterate and innovate on offerwall features and functionality to enhance user experience, drive revenue growth, and streamline payment processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years in product management or product ownership roles within the mobile app or gaming industry, with a focus on offerwalls or advertisements.
  • Deep understanding of advertising, including offerwalls, rewarded ads, interstitials, and other monetization strategies.
  • Experience with payment processing systems, payment gateways, and managing payment integrations within games.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, external partners, and payment providers.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience with ad mediation platforms, ad serving technologies, and analytics tools is a plus.
