The Sales Operations team plays a pivotal role in driving H1’s revenue engine. We ensure our commercial teams have the tools, processes, and insights they need to operate efficiently and effectively. Salesforce is at the heart of this ecosystem and we’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our CRM environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as the primary administrator and technical point of contact for Salesforce, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, security, best practices, and user adoption across global Sales and Customer Success teams. You will drive process improvements in Salesforce and other connected applications that increase efficiency and productivity of our Sales and Customer Success Team. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will report directly to our VP, Commercial Operations.
You will:
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validations, and page layouts to support the evolving needs of our business
- Design scalable Sales and Customer Success technical workflows based on a set of business requirements; ask questions to clarify business requirements and use feedback from User Acceptance Testing to improve the workflow
- Develop standard operating procedures for regular data audits, record deduplication, and validation processes, adhering to Salesforce best practices to improve our data hygiene; execute and/or oversee the execution of these processes on an ongoing basis
- Maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for Revenue Ops, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Implement and manage integrations with key tools (e.g., Chorus, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, etc.) and oversee third-party app integrations
- Lead platform enhancements, new feature rollouts, and release testing while staying current on Salesforce innovations and best practices
- Document release notes, data schemas, and other configurations
- Work with end users to troubleshoot any issues related to Salesforce in a timely manner
- Administer other go-to-market tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesloft, Chorus) on an adhoc basis
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Salesforce expert who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and enabling commercial teams with the tools they need to succeed.
You are:
- Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud with preference for Data Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud/CPQ experience or alternatives; experience with other go-to-market applications (e.g., Hubspot, Zendesk, Salesloft, Chorus, ZoomInfo), a plus
- Comfortable designing and maintaining reports, dashboards, workflows, flows, and permissions
- Highly consultative with a proven ability to deliver solutions in Salesforce to meet business requirements; willingness to offer alternative solutions based on past experience and expertise with Salesforce
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and evolving business requirements
- Ability to work independently to execute tasks and projects, while providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and any risks or blockers
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or Consulting, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industries
- Salesforce Platform Administrator I certification (201) required
- Salesforce Platform Administrator II certification (211) highly preferred Salesforce Platform App Builder certification highly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange tools
- Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas (e.g., nested logic, array formulas)
- Strong communication skills to support global end-users and stakeholders
- Based in India, with flexibility to collaborate across global time zones
