Who we are
As an Agency Success Manager focused on supporting agency partners, you’ll play a key role in building and nurturing agency relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll work closely with agency partners to ensure they are fully integrated, successfully onboarded, and supported across every stage of growth. This role requires a proactive approach to driving agency and customer success through account growth, new product adoption, strategic renewals, and a strong focus on delivering measurable ROI. As an advocate for both clients and agency partners, you’ll leverage industry insights and feedback to enhance our product roadmap and help agencies unlock value through our technology solutions.

- Relationship Development: Foster and grow strategic partnerships with agency customers, focusing on driving value throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewals. Establish agency relationships as true extensions of our team to drive growth and satisfaction
- Strategic Planning & Goal Alignment: Collaborate with agency partners to create customized success plans aligned with each agency’s goals and challenges. Establish clear objectives and KPIs to ensure meaningful outcomes and satisfaction for all stakeholders
- Value-Driven Product Education: Stay updated on our product roadmap, providing regular demos and training on new features that support agency and shared customer success. Proactively suggest ways agencies can leverage product enhancements to drive results and maximize ROI
- Proactive Account Management: Monitor, analyze, and forecast customer engagement to provide clear visibility into the renewal and growth pipeline. Identify and manage risks through proactive touchpoints, taking the lead on mitigation strategies where needed
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the agency partner, working closely with product, marketing, and other internal teams to translate agency feedback into actionable product enhancements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with executives and key stakeholders on both the agency and customer sides, driving alignment and ensuring a strong collaborative approach to achieving shared goals
- Content and Program Development: Proactively identify areas where new content, training, or programs could further drive agency success and lead global initiatives to build partner capabilities
- Advocacy & Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor for both internal and external teams, actively contributing to a culture of customer empathy, collaboration, and inclusion
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in agency partnerships, customer success, or enterprise account management, ideally within the Martech/Ecommerce industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) and experience with email marketing or e-commerce platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with and engage multiple stakeholders across large accounts
- Proven program management skills, with the ability to manage projects from planning through to successful implementation and measurement
- Data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and recommending actions based on customer and market insights
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events, conferences, and agency meetings

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually + bonus/commission + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
