About the project:

We are seeking a talented Angular Web Developer with a passion for conversion rate optimization to support our technology KPIs across multiple brands in the wellness and pet product sectors. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape user journeys, enhance UI/UX, and drive impactful conversions through your technical expertise and creativity.

You will be able to:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions for web optimization.
• Work with media buyers, copy writers, and QA to ensure all aspects of conversion rate optimization best practices are being implemented in the code.
• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular and other modern web technologies.
• Implement A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
• Work closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX enhancements and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, identify potential performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive website improvements and user engagement.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of experience working with Angular 8.
• 2+ Years of experience working with HTML.
• 2+ Years of experience working with CSS.
• 2+ Years of experience working with Javascript OR Typescript.
• 2+ Years of experience working with REST API’s.
• 1+ Years of experience working with InVision, Photoshop or Figma.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
