Senior Productivity Manager

We are looking for a visionary Senior Productivity Manager to spearhead our efforts within the Creative Excellence team and be an integral part of shaping our future.

As a strategic thinker and analytical powerhouse, you will optimize service delivery productivity and shape the landscape of customer experience, leveraging the capabilities of data, technology and GenAI as your ally. 

Reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director, you will wield a significant level of autonomy, taking charge of building and refining the frameworks, analyses, and quantitative methodologies that underpin our pursuit of productivity and excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Take an analytical approach to implement and improve key aspects of our creative services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and input for bottlenecks, pain-points and optimization
  • Ensure that processes are easy to understand and follow for all stakeholders.
  • Continuously update and adapt standards to meet changing business needs and industry trends
  • Help set strategies for improving craft and productivity within the organization
  • Identify impactful practices and tools, alongside the Director of Craft & Productivity, Director of Data  & AI, and Creative Director of New Horizons 
  • Drive initiatives to streamline service processes and workflows
  • Utilize data analysis skills to gather insights, build models, and make data-driven decisions related to service processes, quality, and productivity
  • Work closely with service teams, operations, and project managers to ensure alignment with processes, efficient feedback, and quick iteration
  • Act as a bridge between Creative Excellence, Services and other departments, facilitating effective communication and understanding
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 3-5 years in management consulting, marketing, or similar analytical project roles, with at least 1 year of managing high-performing teams, ideally with diverse roles across business/design/tech
  • Demonstrated expertise in business analysis with a history of using data-driven insights to make informed decisions
  • Experience in identifying pain points and successfully implementing innovative solutions
  • Solid experience in change management, including gaining buy-in from teams, overcoming resistance, and ensuring smooth transitions
  • Strong project management skills, including overseeing multiple initiatives and ensuring their successful completion
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Background in working with technology, including proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust strategies as needed based on past experience
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities and a history of aligning efforts with organizational objectives
  • Previous success in fostering collaboration across different departments and teams
