About the project:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Test Engineer to take charge of the testing practices and processes of a team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our solutions by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies. In this role, you will demonstrate expert-level skills in test automation tools and strategies as well as a deep and broad understanding of the process of building and deploying software in both cloud and desktop environments. The ideal candidate will use their skills to drive test strategy throughout the testing organization.

You will be able to:

  • Collaborate with full-stack teams to define test strategies for microservices and UI components.
  • Recommend improvements to testing processes, technology, and interfaces that improve the effectiveness of testing teams and reduce technical debt.
  • Lead out in quality-related work, training, and mentoring of team members.
  • Evaluate acceptance criteria, determine test approach, and write, and execute both manual and automated tests as necessary.
  • Own the testing automation strategy, test data management strategy, and test automation for assigned work.
  • Maintain existing test automation frameworks for all existing automated applications.
  • Collaborate with security experts to perform security assessments and ensure AI microservices adhere to security best practices.
  • Write, debug, and execute code used in both API and UI automated testing efforts.
  • Stay current with testing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Define, implement, and manage processes and “best practices” regarding automated testing.
  • Establish processes to continually review and select manual test cases for automation test suites.
  • Provide metrics on business processes and code coverage for automated test suites.

What will help you succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ Years of experience working with QA and Test Automation.
  • 6+ Years of experience working with automated testing frameworks including Selenium and Postman.
  • 6+ Years of experience working with C#.
  • 4+ Years of experience testing restful APIs.
  • 4+ Years of experience working with Microservices architecture (Isolated and Integrated.
  • 4+ Years of experience building and executing load and performance test scenarios.
  • 4+ Years of experience working with AWS.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
