Inside Sales Manager

What You'll Do

  • Set the strategy and roadmap for the Inside Sales Team (in conjunction with GTM leadership)
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of Inside Sales Executives
  • Build a strong, healthy, high-quality pipeline of net new clients for enterprise sales in North America with strong conversion to closed deals
  • Lead business intelligence for the GTM team - in data maintenance, data governance, data quality, reporting, analytics, and insights
  • Develop messaging and value proposition customized to targets
  • Directly translate Nisum’s services into solutions for our prospective clients’ problems
  • Test and learn with innovative and experimental outreach strategies
  • Outreach directly to prospective clients, including, but not limited to emailing, calling, mailing collateral, Account Based Marketing (ABM), and more
  • Set up discovery calls with prospects for the Sales team
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to the management

What You Know

  • 10+ years in Inside Sales and Business Development
  • Must have experience at a leading technology consulting firm a must
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of the US and Canadian market
  • Willing to go outside the box to solve problems
  • Excellent in data analysis and data mining
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills compliant with the Associated Press Style or MLA Style
  • Experience in Salesforce and HubSpot is a bonus
  • Proficient knowledge of engineering and technology
  • The attitude of fast and high performance, excellence, and a desire to win a must
  • REPORTING STRUCTURE & OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

  • This role will report to the VP of Marketing and New Business Development based in California, US
  • This role requires working hours to overlap Pacific Time from at least 8 AM to 3 PM Monday through Fridays

Education

  • Bachelors and Masters degree in sales or engineering-related field: Business, Communications, Engineering, etc.,
