About the project:

As a Salesforce Admin, you will solve business problems by customizing the Salesforce Platform. You will build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform.

You will be able to:

• Gather requirements and identify improvements, applying best practices with focus on user experience.

• Manage data to improve quality, implementing rules and automations.

• User and license management.

• Support and train users to improve adoption.

• Use declarative tools to build automations.

• Supervise technical documentation and perform demos.

• Be up to date with Salesforce Releases and best practices.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ Years of experience working with Salesforce.

• 3+ Years of experience working with Handson Salesforce Administrator Experience.

• 1+ Years of experience working with Sales Cloud Experience.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator

• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
