Senior Project Manager - Personalization

The Personalization team makes deciding what to play next easier and more enjoyable for every listener. From Blend to Discover Weekly, we’re behind some of Spotify’s most-loved features. We built them by understanding the world of music and podcasts better than anyone else. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to ensure successful end-to-end execution and delivery of a portfolio of strategic projects across the Personalization team. You’ll lead day-to-day project operations, facilitating and participating in the full lifecycle of programs, from goal-setting and roadmap planning to delivery tracking and reporting. This role offers a unique view of the key priorities across the organization. You’ll use this view to effectively communicate, encourage deeper collaboration and improve efficiency across projects and teams.

What You'll Do

• Help understand and drive the Personalization (PZN) Strategy and be able to represent it in various cross-functional forums across the company.
• Lead day-to-day project operations, including developing and running project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Help the project working group identify and navigate risks and blockers that arise during the project’s execution phase.
• Develop frameworks for communicating project updates to key collaborators and the broader organization.
• Serve as the subject matter authority for your projects and regularly present project context, goals, and progress in a variety of internal forums.

Who You Are

• You have experience in driving project management and/or strategy operations for a medium to large technology team. 
• You have the ability to work independently, identify problems and opportunities, set priorities, lead multiple priorities and deliver at scale.
• You are a strong collaborator who has worked with senior leaders and partners across many domains.
• You have shown experience driving highly effective technical teams that deliver products and have fun while doing it.
• You are passionate about technology and what it can do for the creative industry.

Where You'll Be

• For this role, you can be within the EST time zone with a strong preference to be in New York or Boston

The United States base range for this position is $93,157 - $133,081, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
