Position Overview


The Sr Manager of Demand Campaigns is responsible for the global campaign strategy helping to build and drive pipeline across all business regions, segments, and industries. As the Sr Manager of Demand Campaigns you will be responsible for leading, growing and developing professionals on the campaigns team.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing all aspects of campaigns including, lead acquisition and fully integrated traditional and ABM campaigns for New Logo and Expansion and Upsell.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns and account-based marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and the sales team to achieve revenue, pipeline, and bookings growth that are integrated and aligned to other teams and demand efforts within the marketing organization and at large.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the creation and execution of compelling, integrated campaigns that attract, engage, educate and nurture prospects through every step of their customer journey across owned channels and 3rd parties to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Content: leverage and influence the development of marketing content whether it’s produced by the Agiloft team, partner, customer, industry influencer or other 3rd parties to serve the purpose of campaigns based on proven positive results and customer, prospect and partner feedback.  
  • Performance: Drive accountability throughout your team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.  Leverage quantitative (MOPS dashboards, platform and tactic level data) and qualitative insights from the field to continually assess and optimize performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partners, Customer Success and Professional Services to create a campaigns strategy that inspires prospects and customers to engage with Agiloft.
  • Managerial and Development:
  • Manage a team of successful and effective campaign managers
  • Set individual and team expectations and ensure that the campaigns team is achieving or exceeding those goals 
  • Provide guidance and on best practices and act as an escalation point for your team
  • Hire, support, and train new team members as needed for team success
  • Mentor individual team members for success and career growth 
  • Market Research and Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Budgeting and Finance: manage purchasing, vendor negotiations, contracting and budget for your department
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years experience in a Marketing, Growth, Demand Gen, or Lead Gen leadership role at a B2B tech/SaaS company or at an agency delivering B2B programs
  • Minimum 8+ years experience managing a Demand Generation or Marketing team
  • Track record of success working with a B2B sales team, delivering qualified leads, buyer engagement and pipeline
  • Data-driven with experience developing a KPI framework, optimizing metrics and tracking performance against growth goals
  • A strong understanding of the full marketing stack including lead-scoring, segmentation, revenue attribution, influence, and ROI
  • Deep expertise in developing fully integrated campaigns across all levels, thought leadership, product specific, ABM, general.
  • Hands-on experience using ABM tools (6sense, Folloze or similar), CRM & MAT (Salesforce and HubSpot), Google (Analytics, Ads, YouTube), Microsoft (Office Suite and Ads), paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
  • Self-motivated with a collegial personality and strong relationship building skills
  • Superb organization skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the legal tech industry, knowledge of contract management and procurement processes

The US base salary range for this position is $160,000 -$180,000 (excluding bonus and benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, or benefits.
